Lu Shui Goose


Chan Kan Kee* began as a stall in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province, three generations ago. Present owners Eliza and Rebecca Chan’s grandfather then moved to Hong Kong and set up as a hawker in Heung Hing Lane, known to an older generation of Hong Kongers as “Chiu Chow Lane”. In 1997, Chan Kan Kee became a proper restaurant at 11 Queen’s Road West. Recently, it moved to a new address at The LOHAS, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong.
